Enhancing Test Coverage by adding unittests for the interfaceport located in posh/popo.

already tested in https://github.com/eclipse/iceoryx/blob/master/iceoryx_posh/test/integrationtests/service_discovery/test_roudi_findservice.cpp

unit test will come when we do the ROS REP-2004 quality improvments
