Integrate OPC UA test case into installation process #15

Adjust the installation script to install OPC UA test suite and its dependencies automatically. Always refer to the test suites located in the master branch of the iottestware.opcua project.

The installation script is prepared. Now we try to run the built OPC UA test suite with the script.
