[Bug] - No Autocompletion/Import for annotation elements #2826

Autocompleteion does not work for annotation elements where key of element is not defined.

Steps:

Load this project into eclipse, demo.zip
Open PointService.java class
Try to autocomplete Constants at line 9, which is defined in test/another/Constants.java

Expected behaviour

It should autocomplete and import Contstans.

Workaround

If you put value = in front of Constants**@RequestMapping(value = Constants)** it works as expected
