Test failures in QuickFixTest17 and UtilitiesTest #1489

7 tests are failing in JDT UI in I20240703-1800 from QuickFixTest17 and UtilitiesTest:

UtilitiesTest#testGetPossibleTypeKindsForTypes needs a fix in JDT UI. See https://github.com/eclipse-jdt/eclipse.jdt.core/issues/2672#issuecomment-2208678550.
