Description

Update minimum Java version to 17

Motivation

Current LTS version of Java is now 21.
We want to udpate to Jetty 12 (#41) which requires Java 17.

Alternatives considered

Currently we use Java 11
We could update right away to Java 21

Additional context

On the jgit-dev list we agreed to update to Java 17
