Add workflow for unit test code coverage results

An action like this could be added to show the code coverage of the unit tests in the repository.

Nice suggestion. I haven't had the chance to take a look at this one. I will try to include it in a test repo and see how is it going. So far I tried

https://github.com/marketplace/actions/go-coverage-report - generates html report, chart and badge. Uploads assets in the project wikis. It turned out the wikis are not available in the private repo so I was not able to take a look.
https://github.com/marketplace/actions/go-test-coverage - Not sure what exactly it generates and how it looks. Its own description is is tool which reports issues when test coverage is below set threshold. Uses a dedicated empty branch to store the badges. So far I was not able to configure it properly.

I will try to configure the suggested one in my private repo.

Nice, I have not looked deeper into those workflows, I would suggest to make an initial PoC with all the tools you see that would fit and see which one would be best for us.
