Currently, suite connector and local digital twins provide an option for a dynamic monitoring of the provisioning file (provisioning.json by default) i.e.
they can be started without the provisioning file and the file can be provided later on
once provided, all updates of the provisioning file are tracked and applied
the provisioning file can be removed on the fly
etc.
It's expected that the monitoring logic will be prepared as generic one in the suite connector and reused in suite bootstrapping.
