Reconfigure the systemd service to refer the executable binaries from /usr/bin #5

Currently, the suite bootstrapping binary artifact is expected to be located in usr/local/bin after a Kanto installation on an edge device.

Given the general goal to have all Kanto building blocks managed by a standard Linux packages manager, it is needed to reconfigure the relevant systemd service to refer the executable binaries from /usr/bin.
