Integrate Kuksa SDK via GitHub packages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Kuksa SDK is currently integrated via maven local. Since the first official version is now published via GitHub packages it should be integrated that way.

Use the following maven url: https://maven.pkg.github.com/eclipse-kuksa/kuksa-android-sdk
Do not add any username or token to git
