Since we are now live on MavenCentral, we should remove all references to GitHub Packages.

GitHub Packages requires a GitHub Personal Access Token. Also GitHub Packages is not whitelisted for usage with F-Droid. Therefore we should remove the GitHub Packages repository and only use MavenCentral Instead.

Remove all references to the PAT and GitHub Packages. The Build should still run through.
