Describe the solution you'd like Create Release 0.1.3.

Features of the new release are

Landscape Mode
an App Icon for F-Droid
some changes in the full_description.txt.

Additional Context

Release 0.1.3 is created
Check if Fastlane is up-to-date, e.g.:
Changelog is copied into folder fastlane/.../changelogs folder and adapted to be compatible with F-Droid
F-Droid app images updated
