fix(distrib): fixed debian installer dependencies #5379

This PR fixes the Kura Debian installer setting the correct dependencies.

Description of the solution adopted: the following modifications have been done on the control file of the Debian installer:

updated the DHCP client dependency to isc-dhcp-client | dhcp-client

@pierantoniomerlino the backport to 5.6.0 failed due to the new repository missing the required permissions for Github Bots to opening PRs. We'll need to manually perform the backport while we wait to fix all the small issues we're encountering with the new repo.
