Unpin the pr-preview-action #211

Need to unpin the action as it checks out itself using the provided tag

Do we need to merge this before we can test the change? The workflow run here failed again.

@spoenemann Yeah, we probably need to merge it. In the GitHub Action, it still uses the old code for this PR.
