Code actions for migration from Xtext #195

We should implement code actions that ease the migration from Xtext:

Add returns string to datatype rules.
Support metamodel::EClass type reference syntax (mark with an error when used) and offer to replace ecore::EString with string (same for other primitives).
Ensure we have validations forbidding unsupported features such as with grammar references.

@spoenemann Since we have had this thing for quite a while now, I'm not sure we actually need much more on this front. I'd be in favor of closing this issue.

Yes but we should still do

or at least remove those parts from the Langium grammar.
