Missing MOTD #36

In the previous builds, we had a dynamic MOTD which displays some system status information after login, e.g. disk usage, network information etc. With current build, no motd is being displayed.

Expected: sdv-motd is displayed, eg after login (console and ssh)

sdv-motd has been added to the login and is shown on serial console and via SSH login.

sdv-motd shows some system status, and while container-management is starting, it may be a bit slower.
