SDV Container images #4

I am trying to build this from scratch for x86 Qemu.

Face issue when it comes to SDV container images. Also tried to pull the source code for incubation components. It gives 404.

Unfortunately, we're still waiting for the containers to be released into public container registries. Right now, they're located in private repositories.

Same for the incubation projects, they're in the process of being open sourced and go through some organisational processes first.

Some of the containers (SUA, VUM, cloud connector) now have been contributed and are available as snapshot builds: https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-leda/packages
