Update the root LICENSE file to include the text of the EDL 1.0 #564

https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#legaldoc-license states that if the project code is distributed under multiple licenses then the text of those licenses must be included in the LICENSE file.

@jonahgraham I would like to request your approval for merging this license-related change. IIUIC, this is needed to comply with the requirements of the EF for the LICENSE file set forth in https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#legaldoc-license. Thanks!
