Remote archetype catalog still empty #1321

I had this problem with 2022-12 (https://github.com/eclipse-m2e/m2e-core/issues/971) but with 2023-03, the remote archetype catalogs still empty. I precise that my catalog file is correct: if I use local archetype catalog it works.
