Description

The build has 5 *.mtl files but only 4 of them build without error.

Past experience suggests this can be very hard to solve. Therefore ensure that the pre-built GenerateJsp.emtl is used.

That works but GenerateJava.emtl gives intermediate failures so freeze that too.
