Description

Hi,

When the same UI custom (same name) is installed (as a plug-in) and is available in a workspace project. We find two instances of the UI custom in the catalog. The workspace one should hide the installed one.

Done. Now the uiCustom from the workspace takes precedence over the same-name uiCustom contributed through the extension point.
