[Java Documentation] ant script for javadoc task need to be updated #716

Description

A lot of MoDisco projects are missing in API reference, because following ant javadoc task was not updated whith new projects.

/org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.doc/customBuildCallbacks.xml

We must see how to modify the script to avoid to specify each project.
