Tests disabled due to EMF Compare API change #839

Description

MoDisco depended on org.eclipse.emf.compare.diff, which doesn't exist in the EMF Compare 0.2 M7 update site.\ So I have disabled these tests to remove the dependency in order to be able to produce a MoDisco M7 build:

Note that this problem happens only with EMF Compare 0.2 M7.\ I thought that was the version contributed to Juno, because I saw it in the EMF Compare aggregation build map, but I didn't notice the 0.2 contribution was disabled in this map and there was another 1.3 contribution that was enabled.

So, EMF Compare can be re-enabled in MoDisco 0.10.
