Add shortcuts to activate customs

Description

We can add some useful customs (customs often used) in the menu bar and the menu drop next to the "Load/Unload customizations" button.

To begin, buttons for customs "Hide empty references" and "Hide derived references" can be added.

With Mr Dupé we have decided to change again the API: the dropdown menu button will be dynamically created. This creation is made in EMF Facet (see bug 472075)
