It works but the references use the "mdt" rather than the moved "ocl" repo path.

Pushed to Maintenance/R4_1 for SR1 RC2.
Wierd; the repo spelling is correct on the maintenance build.

http://build.eclipse.org/simrel/kepler/reporeports/reports/esdata.txt lists OCL bundles amongst the 75% that lack Eclipse-SourceReferences.
From https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=408760#c5 it looks as if we just add "-DgenerateSourceReferences=true" to the 'Buckminster' command line or rather
generateSourceReferences=true
to the build properties file.
