[oclstdlib] Hover text for class completions is slow #1427

Description

Open OCL-2.5.oclstlib, edit a class name and hover.

60 second or so UI freeze.

Classpath scan moved to a worker thread.

Howvertext just says "Try again once worker thread class path scan has completed." until the proper results are available.

No UI freeze, just no all-results hovertext for a bit.
