Description

OCL should be called "OCL" not e.g. "OCL-5.0.4" since the versioned name undermines the P2 show-only-latest-version control.

For the future, a simple edit to category.xml.template seems to cover the problem; a pity because packaging.ant goes to some trouble to support the customization.

For the past, need to figure out the tweaks to all the old releases repos.
