Description

Since the use of the http://www.eclipse.org/emf/2002/Ecore on an EAnnotation to denote the MetaAnnotation has not been endorsed by EMF, the usage in PivotAnnotations.ecore gives "This Ecore annotation will ignore its references" warnings.

Re-implement the MetaAnnotation as an OCL EAnnotation source.
