[releng] Include interpreter and library examples into OCL build artifacts

Description

Due to moving OCL releng to Athena the examples and other build artifacts not not conistently contain OCL examples. Should be fixed.

I've just fallen over the examples build in QVTd which duplicates OCL. When the QVTd examples work, I'll update OCL in similar fashion.

You've got there first; 5 green builds; sunny at last.

We should probably phase out the 'emf.ocl' for the feature and control plug-in.

The interpreter can remain emf.ocl unless we adopt it for Helios. I hope Sebastien will provide something better.

The OCL interpreter is consistely built and available via the Modeling Discovery UI.
