[releng] Update the LPG bundle location in ocl.map file #538

Description

LPG bundles have been slightly been modified (a minor change in the provider name). The ocl.map should be properly modified to obtain the last LPG version Orbit's bundle.

Alex, I assign to myself to try these releng tasks ;P

Well,

I have done some fixes for our RC1 build. We need to consume LPG bundles from Orbit's RC1 build.

The fixes are:

Changes in releng/maps/ocl.map file to consume LPG jars from RC1 build.
Changes in releng/build.properties to stablish the proper dependencyURLs and repositoryURLs and to change the word "updateSite" to "repository" (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=310766).

Changes committed to HEAD.
