Fix JDK14 build instructions #254

Removed '-normal' from dockerfile directory, given that JDK14 and later creates build directory like 'linux-x86_64-server-release'

@beatrizrezener - sorry but I am going to close this PR. Today we plan to publish the new website, which does not have a build page any more. All build content is in https://github.com/eclipse/openj9/tree/master/doc/build-instructions - so please check those are correct and raise any necessary PRs there. Thanks!
