I was looking for urls to update after the org move and found these files. I don't think they are in use. We only use https://ci.eclipse.org/openj9/view/Website-Doc/job/Deploy-OpenJ9-Website-to-Eclipse/ and https://ci.eclipse.org/openj9/view/Website-Doc/job/PullRequest-Website-staging-site/ which both use the new file.
