Looks like a dup of https://github.com/eclipse/openj9/issues/10580#issuecomment-701119492. How much memory does the machine have? The theory is that the test needs a lot of memory, and swaps when there isn't enough which causes it to run too slowly.
Test machine was testc-packet-fedora33-intel-1 @sxa - can you please answer @pshipton 's question about the machine memory. I can confirm the failure is intermittent.
It's a docker container which has been capped at 4Gb
What we've found is that 4GB isn't enough, systems with 4GB timeout, while systems with 8GB are able to pass.
This seems obsolete.
