Eclipse OpenJ9: A Java Virtual Machine for OpenJDK that's optimized for small footprint, fast start-up, and high throughput. Builds on Eclipse OMR (https://github.com/eclipse/omr) and combines with the Extensions for OpenJDK for OpenJ9 repo.
Many of the J9 Porttests have already been migrated to OMR. This issue is to verify that porttest coverage is fully implemented within OMR, and migrate any tests that have not been migrated. Any coverage that may have some sort of Java Spec should not be migrated, and should remain in Pltest. Finally with the removal of these tests the OMR standalone test omrporttest will need to be added to Sanity.functional in place of the removed pltests.
