Update dated URLs for Ecore tools and EMF #93

@rschnekenbu as part of the RC1 checklist https://github.com/eclipse-packaging/packages/issues/92 I review N&N URLs, but I don't know what to do about these two quite dated pages, neither of which have been updated since 2016.

Hi @jonahgraham, Thanks for checking! I would delete these links, as they are indeed quite outdated. Do you want me to delete them? I may be able to do this, but only beginning of next week.
