Set default message content formatter does not work #69

Hi, I'm trying to set default message content formatter by setting "Message content formatter" on "Other" panel, but it does not work for me, the message still shows by plain, unless setting other formats manually on “Tools-Formatting”. Is there any thing I misunderstand about "Message content formatter"? I'm using 1.0.1 beta (build 18)
