The generated docs are empty:

Moreover, it is impossible to build the doc if -DPAHO_WITH_MQTT_C=ON is set, since that subproject isn't built with ExternalProject_add there are clashes with the target names (here for instance doc) used by paho-c.

Oh, thanks. I haven't tried generating the docs in a while. Totally missed this.

Thanks again. I might not have noticed this for a while! Fixes in the 'v1.4.x' and 'develop' (v1.5) branches.
