repost add SetOpenConnectionFunc in ClientOptions #571

add OpenConnectionFunc to support custom network connection. (custom url schema, quic connection, private encryption algorithms ...)

Closing this as PR #574 implements the functionality. Apologies that you were unable to get your PR working. Please do reach out if you have issues in the future (the process can be a bit confusing but is simpler than it was a couple of years ago!).
