Have pass-core take over reverse proxy and pass-auth #365

Major changes:

Uses http://localhost:8080 instead of https://pass.local.
The IDP runs on port 9080.
DSpace runs on port 9000
Removes no longer needed proxy and pass-auth containers.
- Removes kubernetes experiment.
