Delete outdated example projects #8

The example projects are not part of the build and fails to start for me. They seem unmaintained and therefore we should better remove them from master before merging build with pde.ui.

pde.build is on life-support for people already using it. It's best if no one starts using it now as it lacks features that tycho/p2 support and most likely the gap is getting bigger every day. Examples look so outdated that we are really better without them.
