Fix typos and reword for clarification. Inline links into text, use italic for menu choices.

BTW, I'm aware that PRs should be raised from a fork. However, given this is the special ".github" repo, I wasn't sure what forking this thing to my account would do with my user profile, therefore I didn't fork on purpose.
