Merge repos #79

For 4.27 we should continue to reduce our number of repos. I think @laeubi also suggested to do so.

Which one should be merge next to which location? Ideally we would end with one repo for the whole platform but due to the verification build times we may want to have a few.

platform.text -> platform.ui as suggested by @mickaelistria about the verification build times, I already made some experiments and they actually can be reduces considerably already if using smart-builder, parallel builds and more CPU power see for example:

where I was able to reduce the time from 27 minutes to 13 minutes in my POC...

+1 for merging platform.text into platform.ui. Any objections from you @akurtakov?

@mickaelistria and @angelozerr you seem quite active at the moment in text. Any concerns?
