This updates the master fastview_restore.svg icons with the new color from https://github.com/eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.ui/pull/417. I did this by editing the svg files in a text editor and replacing the old fill color with the new color from PR#417.
Regenerated the png icons using instructions in
eclipse.platform.images\org.eclipse.images.renderer\README.md. I've committed the images that I think have visually changed.
