[RelEng] Remove POM file deployment job definitions #2139

The pom.xml files deployed in these jobs are already deployed as part of the master and maintenance branch builds of this 'eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator' repository.

@MohananRahul FYI, changes like https://github.com/eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator/pull/2067 as part of the release process are then not necessary anymore.

No objections in https://github.com/eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator/issues/1060, thus continuing with submission and deleting those jobs.
