Use new static IPath factories and constants #234

Use the new IPath factory methods introduced in https://github.com/eclipse-equinox/equinox/pull/228 in Platform-Text.

With this PR org.eclipse.core.runtime.Path is not referenced anymore in Platform-Text's entire code base.
