Eclipse 2024-09: Give users the option to not use the "new" find/replace window

Eclipse project: Thank you for your tireless and sometimes unthanked work.

In a recent update, the Eclipse find/replace window was replaced with a bar:

Can we either revert to the old find/replace or give users an option not to use this? The "new" bar is far more difficult to use, has less features, and is unclear what all the buttons do. The old search menu had none of these issues and was very clear about what it was doing. I believe this is a usability regression.
