Common measurement formats between eCAL and openMDM #4

There is potential to discuss common measuremen formats used by Eclipse eCAL and openMDM.

There have been first discussions between the eCal-team and me. As a result it seems that the eCal team prefers mcap over the original ODS as data format to store "raw" data. The openMDM-model to describe meta-data should be untouched by this. Currently it is not clear what this would mean for openMDM and the underlying data server respectively - e.g., to implement a prototype that can be used for a blueprint. We have to figure out. I will try to get the relevant information.
