Restructured the repository to be compatible to the orchestration blueprint Restored the devcontainer

Created python interfaces to the following modules:

Service Discovery
In Vehicle Digital Twin
Managed Subscribe

Added also a basic application that showcases subscription to the values from the trailer weight.

Created the Vehicle DTDL description with the required signals.
