The initial contribution with a running blueprint scenario with using Ankaios as software orchestrator.

Tasks:

[x] Initial startup config
[ ] Directory restructuring for including all others project dependencies (Ibeji, Chariott, ...) and their proto files
[ ] Setup first basic CI/CD tests for Ankaios Blueprint setup

@ladatz: I have opened a PR again where changes for initial Ankaios can be done. I have refactored the readme and the startup process already. Besides freyja, the in-vehicle stacks comes up now. The only think is that freyja image is not starting. The error msg is the following Error: statfs /etc/freyja/config: no such file or directory. I think it cannot find the config anymore. Please consider this when making changes to the PR.

You could start to do further changes there.

@ladatz: A new release of Ankaios is published v0.3.0. We will create a new multi platform container image (for the base image in our devcontainer inside this repo) and migrate the current startup state config in #9 to use the new inter-workload dependency feature directly to start the workloads in the proper order (e.g. service discovery first, ...). We will do commits next week.
