Move the BREE to Java 17 #7

Sirius Components/Web, the upcoming Sirius Desktop 7.0 and all recent versions of Eclipse require Java 11. There is no reason to get stuck on Java 8 (and have to deal with all the range from Java 8 to 17 and more).
