Encoding issue after View reloading #3889

Steps to reproduce

Create a domain with "Foo" concept with a "name" attribute
Create a view with a diagram description with one node "Foo"
Create an instance with one Foo object "Joé"
Close the instance project, open the view, modify a style attribute
Reopen the instance project : the object is now named "JoÃ©"

Expected behavior

The accent should be preserved and the object should still be named "Joé"

Actual behavior

the object is named "JoÃ©", with an encoding issue.

This could be the same as #3879. I encountered the same behaviour in SysON, which is based on Sirus Web (see https://github.com/eclipse-syson/syson/issues/650).
